David D. Kaiser, 63, is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of Arrow Financial Corporation and its two subsidiary banks, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company and Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Kaiser joined Arrow in 2001 as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. He served as Corporate Banking Manager and was later promoted to Senior Vice President, before being named Chief Credit Officer in 2011. He has since been promoted to Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Vice President. Before joining Arrow, he spent 15 years in the Capital Region as a Commercial Loan Officer. Mr. Kaiser earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Siena College. He actively serves on the boards of numerous community organizations.
