Kristine D. Duffy, Ed.D., age 60, was appointed a Director of the Company in November 2024; she also served as a Director of the Company’s subsidiary banks, Glens Falls National Bank and Saratoga National Bank, now named Arrow Bank, since 2019 and 2022, respectively; and as a Director of the Company’s insurance subsidiary Upstate Agency, since 2020. Dr. Duffy served as President of SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury from 2013 to 2025, and currently serves as a strategic advisor for Behan Communications. Dr. Duffy serves on various non-profit boards. With more than 35 years of New York state higher education experience, Dr. Duffy brings personnel, strategic planning and capital fundraising expertise to the Board.
