Tenée R. Casaccio, AIA, age 58, has been a Director of the Company since January 2014; she has also served as a Director of Glens Falls National Bank and Saratoga National Bank since 2010 and April 2022, respectively. Ms. Casaccio is the President of JMZ Architects and Planners, PC, a nationally certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise located in Glens Falls, New York. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and holds licenses to practice architecture in New York and several other states. Ms. Casaccio has been with JMZ since 1993. She has significant executive experience and a strong understanding of the New York business climate.
