Elizabeth A. Miller, age 71, has been a Director of the Company since 2017; she also served as a Director of the Company's subsidiary banks, Glens Falls National Bank and Saratoga National Bank, now named Arrow Bank, since 2015 and 2022, respectively. Ms. Miller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Miller Mechanical Services, Inc. and Miller Industrial Manufacturing in Glens Falls, New York. She is a leading commercial and residential investor in downtown Glens Falls. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of Saint Rose. Ms. Miller has a strong understanding of the community and its business base, particularly local manufacturing.
