Philip Morris, age 69, became a Director of the Company on November 5, 2024. He has been a Director of the Company’s subsidiary banks, Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company and Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company, both now named Arrow Bank, since 2017 and April 2022, respectively; and a Director of the Company's insurance subsidiary Upstate Agency, Inc., since 2022. Mr. Morris is the CEO of Proctors Collaborative, an institution in the Capital District of New York that owns and operates the performing arts center, Proctors, located in Schenectady, New York; TheRep, in downtown Albany, New York; and Universal Preservation Hall in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. With nearly 50 years of experience renovating more than 20 buildings for cultural purposes, and raising more than $200 million to support these projects, Mr. Morris brings extensive expertise in cultural facilities and development to the board. Active in the community, Mr. Morris currently serves on the Capital Region Economic Development Council.
