Casaccio as the new Chair of the Arrow Board of Directors, effective June 5, 2024. This appointment by the Board of Directors follows the retirement of the former Board Chair, William L. Owens, Esq., upon the mandatory retirement age of directors as stipulated in the Company’s bylaws.
